Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are fully satisfied. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to discuss your concern and what steps we can take going forward. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

RETURNS

Please be aware that customized items are non-refundable. A layout will be provided for confirmation prior to any customized item being made. If you are not satisfied with the design, please advise of your requested adjustments when the layout is provided. Exception, if there is an error made on your customized order on our part, we will be more than happy to fix the error or provide a full refund. 
For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us at urbanpandaboutique@gmail.com to obtain a Return Shipping Label. After receiving the Return Shipping Label, mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Customized items with prior approval based on the layout provided. If you are not satisfied with the design, please advise of your requested adjustments when the layout is provided. 
Note: If there is an error made on your customized order on our part, we will be more than happy to fix the error or provide a full refund.
